Our dog was always treated with great care. Vets would help us with medication payments as much as possible by doing free trial packs and such.
It was a really sad day for me n my family, We had to put our dog down cause she was extremely sick n had a really hard time walking cuz her back legs were so weak. The staff at Cape Ann Veterinary were so great. They were extremely nice and understanding , so considerate and kind, they let My 2 Nieces ,my daughter and myself stay for as long as we needed to say good bye and they were so gentle with our dog too. I would recommend them to anyone I knew.
Dr French and his staff have decades of experience and knowledge. They always seem to fit in an appointment quickly if needed. Highly recommend.
My family has been using Cape Ann Veterinary Hospital for over 10 years. They have kind and caring staff. They have always gone above and beyond to care for our animals. However, today I had a horrible experience. They failed to check my cats file and double vaccinated him. They didn't seem very concerned about how worried I was. This shouldn't have happened and I'm considering changing vets.
My dog is very difficult when it comes to other dogs and other people. She hates going to the vet. She can be aggressive and won't let anyone touch her. Cape Ann Veterinary Hospital has be so accommodating. It's a lot of work bringing my dog in (she has to be muzzled and sedated. We have to come in through the side door to avoid other dogs), but they were willing to treat her when other vets said no. We've got a good system now, and they always provide expert care. I'm very thankful.
