I absolutely LOVE this place and so does my dog! They are very caring and love to see pets come through the door. I wont take my pets anywhere else but here :)
In the handful of times that we have been here, everyone has been super helpful. We never had to wait long, and the prices are not bad for our "exotic animals" (pet rats). They do surgeries (only on Tuesdays) and have a very knowledgeable staff. We love the picture slideshows that they show of all the different animals that they've helped!
Always treat me and my pet with the greatest care. They are sensitive to budgetary issues and offer great services as well as emergency services. Love my vet
Essex Veterinary has great Vets. I love dr. Elizabeth she is very approachable an easy to talk with and understanding about your pet and their problems. You can tell she really love your pets. Although, I was in there just recently and they had a new Dr. Working there. I have a new little dog that I just rescued. He is high spirited and afraid when going to the vet. When I brought him in they tried to mussel him and he was afraid. This new Dr. Sherman came back with my dog and told me that if I can't get him under control he needs to be put down. I was appalled I just had rescued him from that I do not want him to go back there and be put down . So I am really unhappy with this new Doctor. Otherwise they are great. It's to bad that one Dr. Can ruin a reputation of the whole place. I hope they can work on this because I really do like the rest of the doctors that I have met.
Highly recommend this veterinarian. The staff is friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and really care about you and your pet. I was traveling in this area and my dog was due for a checkup and shots. They provided great service and they even have an online site where you can see the details of the check up and labwork. I wish I lived closer and were able to use them as my regular vet.
